I stayed at Yellow House for a week and it was fantastic. The staff was brilliant - Raul and his son were real gentlemen. The cleaner, Desiree, was fantastic and kept the place spotless. The hostel is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is well-connected to the rest of the city. The facilities are basic but have everything a traveler needs. There aren't many beds, so there's always space in the kitchen and fridge. It's the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring.
Would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of local vibes. Close to a metro stop for easy access to the rest of the city. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist with various needs, including providing a Metro card and helping with laundry. Relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, great for hanging out and socializing with other travelers.
The tap in our room was leaking and wasn't fully resolved during our stay, despite efforts to fix it. Limited English-speaking staff, making communication a bit challenging at times.
